Property Lookout collects your Personal Information directly from you unless it is unreasonable or impracticable to do so. We may collect Personal Information from you in various ways, including when you write to or email us, when you access and use our website and during conversations between you and our representatives.

Property Lookout may collect information about you from the following third party sources:

  • various databases in the public domain such as Telstra White Pages, Australia Post DPID database, NSW Land Registry Services or other property databases; and
  • referrals and recommendations from existing clients of Property Lookout.

  • to enable Property Lookout to provide you with the services and/or products that you may require;

How Does Property Lookout Keep My Personal Information Secure?

Property Lookout will take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is stored in a secure environment accessed only by persons authorised by Property Lookout.
