Why I started Property Lookout
I started Property Lookout after seeing buyers miss suitable properties—not because they could not afford them, but because they were making high-stakes decisions without an experienced advocate on their side. Selling agents represent the seller. My role is to represent the buyer's interests throughout the purchase.
How I help Canberra buyers
My work can include clarifying a buying brief, researching locations, finding and inspecting properties, assessing comparable sales, coordinating due diligence, developing a negotiation strategy and bidding at auction. Advice is tailored to the buyer, the property and the conditions of the transaction.
My approach
I focus on evidence rather than sales pressure. That means assessing the property against the brief, reviewing relevant risks, comparing recent sales and setting a clear strategy before negotiations begin. If a property is not right for the buyer, walking away can be the best outcome.
